To analyse this situation the author emphasises the importance of the context and its protagonists. The author suggests, as the axis of psychological analysis, the self-concept, the social and psychological representation of the language, the social and linguistic axis, the linguistic characteristics of families and the social and linguistic areas and the educational axis of the linguistic model. The objective is to interrelate these characteristics in order to attain an integrative vision.
