Abstract

The thoughts, ideas and opinions are aims of the freedom of speech, a wide concept within the believes and value judgements have to be included. While the right of the freedom of the press protecs the free communication of truhful events that can be considered news. In this work, through the analysis of the jurisprudence, the practical approaches of the analysis of the complicated dialectics between the freedom of speech and information, and the citizen security and public order with the goal of remembering that "the main freedom (the freedom of speeche and information) as the other rights, is not absolute", are established.
