Abstract

The most effective solution to the social problems in the Basque Country is based on the permanency of real estate within the family. This is procured through the freedom of testament (any direct relative may be the successor), per stirpes succession (the goods remain concentrated in the root family) and statutory connection (creation of a condominium with the goods of the spouses)
