La diversidad de formas de participación autonómica en asuntos europeos y sus ejes definitorios

Abstract

With reference to the various processes of autonomic participation in European matters, the intention of this work is to determine the functionality of each one of such processes, especially that of the Committee of the Regions, and the contingent defects of the global system. For this various elements are presented that configure the different forms of participation: formalisation of procedures, their external or internal character, their joint or individual character, their decisive or advisory character, and their incorporation in the community decision-making process, their technical or political character and the basis of such participation.
