The radical innovations that the near future presents deserves to be studied. The international documents of United Nations, Council of Europe, etc., foresee hermeneutical demands that emphasize so much the dignity inherent to the all members of human family. Their equal and inalienable rights constitute the reasen of freedom, of justice and of the world peace.
