Abstract

In 1944, during his exile in the Dominican Republic, Jesus de Galíndez received an assignment from the Legal Commission of the Basque Government to drafting a Basque private legislation project. This project, delivered to the Basque Government in 1945 but devoid of any official character, was presented by Jesus of Galíndez to the jurists participating in the VII Basque Studies Congress.
