Abstract

The nearly 500 pages that make up the present volume collect the transcript of the 526 pages of the "voluminous tome" known as the "litigation of forgers", litigated between the forgers and the council of the Oyarzun Valley for the use and development of their communal terrains and forests, first by the Magistrate of Guipuzcoa Mr. Francisco Téllez Ontiveros, and later, in the Chancery of Valladolid, on 20 April 1514, in favour of valley. They also collect the files and steps taken for executing such decisions by Judge of the Court, Mr. Lujan. Documents of considerable interest for the valley are inserted, both of a public and private nature.
