Abstract

The establishment of a Basque university is necessary to strengthen and perpetuate the Basque spirit, to educate young people, to increase the intellectual level of the people, to provide the worker with the necessary knowledge to increase production and to create an institution to further peace. It is to have a deep relationship with the people and it can be constituted as a federation of university centres
