Abstract

The development policies promoted in Iparralde in the nineteen nineties have allowed for the emergence of a differentiated identity in the local level that is allied with the Basque identity as articulated by nationalism, thus making collective action possible, which is crucial in terms of territorial recognition. As we shall see, all these processes are transforming the identitary scenario in Iparralde.
