Abstract

In this article we shall be analysing some of the most substantial modifications introduced by Law 5/2000, dated 12th January, on Penal Responsibility of Minors; as refers to cautionary measures applicable to convicted minors: internment, probation and living together with one person, family or educational group. The Law, also, allows for the adoption of therapeutic measures even when there are circumstances that discharge responsibilities.
