This constitutional process allows local entities directly to contest state and autonomic norms with the rank of law that they consider damaging for their constitutionally-guaranteed autonomy before the Constitutional Tribunal. Up to the present, the aforementioned Tribunal is not resolved the various conflicts tabled in defence of local autonomy.
