Abstract

The present work analyses the draft Treaty by which a Constitution is instituted for Europe, as presented by the Convention on the Future of Europe in July 2003, in response to the mandate of the European Council. It also contains an indepth study on the draft European Constitution proposed by the Europa-Euskalerria working group of Eusko Ikaskuntza/Basque Studies Society.
