Abstract

The history of engraving in Navarre began in the incunabular era and in the wake of the spread of the art of printing. The first printer that installed his workshop in Pamplona was Arnao Guillén de Brocar, considered by his contemporaries and by researchers as one of the best of his time in the Peninsula, as much because of the quality of his engravings as because of the illustrations that he used
