Abstract

Codfish from the great shoals off Newfoundland still had not recovered its biological stocks in 2005. This situation arose out of a combination of factors. This work shows the response of fishermen after the Food Fishery prohibition, and an analysis is made of the reconstruction of memories and the consolidation of spaces of power depending on the data available.
