Abstract

The increase in life expectancy in current society has been one of the achievements of the development of the welfare state. Health policies for the Basque Country 2002-2010 contemplate “Old Age” as a group for special action. This work studies the evolition of sanitary assistance and the estimation thereof up to 2050 depending on demographic change.
