Abstract

Villages, upon prospering, increase their number of inhabitants and therefore also their amount of constructions. This brings about the need for creating municipal ordinances that should be fulfilled, the elaboration of a village building plan in which new streets are traced its aspirations defined (paving, reparation, lighting). Whenever possible the town hall must strive to avoid speculation and promote such building activities that constitute common property
