L'eglise de St. Jean de Luz : son orgue

Abstract

Split up into two parts, the first one gives an account of the historical stages of the building of the church at St. Jean de Luz (Labourd). The second part gives information about the evolution of the organs in the mentioned church, from the one which was played for the first time in 1660, up to the subsequent repairings in 1730, 1875 and 1924. In 1975, there is another agreement to restore the organ, and Robert Chauvin from Dax is chosen to carry out the job.
