An excellent organist, he established the Conservatory and restored and recreated the Orchestra he also took part in the task carried out by the propagandists of faith, but at the same time he also understood the importance of Tradeuionism and he succeeded in makin. The Orchestra feel music as part of their needs. The period of the third of his century in A Coruña is studied from the point of view of Garaizabal-s personality, making use of an abundant socio-economic documentation and reproduction of information and articles in the musical press of the town.
