However, in the last decade, there has been a major change. And, more relevance has been given to some other aspects of sport. The Basque Pilota Federation of Gipuzkoa has tried to balance the different aspects of sport. Thus, the aims of high performance, such as initiation and promotion, have been linked together in a general project.
