Abstract

This paper explains some recent techniques of Human Genetic Engineering about diseases at Molecular Medicine. So we can see the Genetics tests have a lot of uses, which need a new legal regulation -for society and laboral field-. It is a challenge for people and the genetic discrimination at work, future jobs and health insurances.
