When he died, Etcheberri the interests of this debt were not paid and the Municipality empowered a neighbour of Sara to collect the quantities that were due as a result of Etcheberri's inheritance. The heirs had to pay the dues from 1746 (three years before the death of Etcheberri) until 1810
