Abstract

This is a letter which was read in the meeting of Euskalzaleen - Biltzarra. The letter states what is to be done to spread and attain stability for the Basque language. The letter also advises that the Basques should of speak in Basque and should look after the language by trying to preserve and recover its purity. If life is not lived in Basque, this language will die out. Care must also be taken to procure not to introduce external elements that make him lose his identity.
