Philipon and it wasn' t taken into account either by Philipon or by publishers or critics. In this book he introduces the theory that basque people were originally iberian people and he thinks over the comun roots of spanish people, french people from the South, and inhabitants of the western islands and the North of Africa. He indicates that there are difficulties to find a relation between libian people and iberian people
