This article compares the inflexions of the present and past indicative, of which there are two types. The present has the pre-set "d", and it expresses the subject in suffixed form, using the "t" for the first person singular. The past does not have a pre-set "d", it normally expresses the subject in the form of a prefix and uses "ni" to indicate the first person of the singular in most cases.
