Official URL: http://www.euskomedia.org/analitica/11532 AbstractThe evolution of the three capitals of the Autonomous Community of the Basque Country, under different geographic and historical conditions, albeit with the common characteristic of an imperfect development of their urban plans (some of which dated back to periods previous to the one studied here), has brought about incoherent urban areas, thanks to the uncontrolled zoning that is the hallmark of development-prone urban planning, especially in the area of Greater Bilbao.
