Abstract

Feminity and masculinity manifest themselves reference to the practice of sports, and gather the struggle between traditional morals and new feminine practices. Sport showed a world in transformation, which, in spite of Franquist directions indicated the gradual appearance of a new woman through tolerated mechanisms. Masculine reaction manifested the sensation of threat felt in a terrain men considered hitherto as their own.
