Abstract

This assay examines seduction, sexual aggression and the defence of feminine honour in Bizkaia; the author explorers how the reputations of women were affected after being mocked at an abandoned; also, this work delves on how the victims of sexual crimes used to recur to the courts to remedy their dishonour and recover their good reputation and state.
