The complicated post-war situation and the government of the new regime undertook such actions in a more symbolic and propaganda-related manner, and, has a result, such measures were not effective. However, from municipal and the state levels, massive housing formulas and housing property distribution sche-mes were tested, which were to become the models for future undertakings.
