Abstract

"Looking after" our body is a healthy practice, but lately it is also becoming a hazardous practice, especially during the adolescence. The objective of this study is to know the nutrition and physical activity habits of a group of nursing students, since one of the functions of such professionals is to teach healthy habits of living.
