Abstract

The transformation of cultural and exhibit spaces in Bilbao starts with a conjunction of efforts and wills, in a risky political challenge that already in 1999 set the basis for such a transformation. Bilbao and its new infrastructures are projected beyond their physical level and they are the protagonists of the international cultural scene.
