Abstract

This article wants to explore the discursive origins of the complex politic reality of Navarre. With this purpose, it is requested the existence of two ways of understanding and interpreting the .basquenavarre. identify, which are named .plots of the saltus and of the ager Vasconum.. During the last third part of 19th century, both plots have coexisted in the inner .euskaro. discourse. Later on, the navarrism, hegemonic in Navarre, had prefered the ager, meanwhile, the nationalism, stronger in .Vascongadas., has chosen the saltus.
