Official URL: http://www.euskomedia.org/analitica/7307 AbstractCanon Michel Etcheverry presents before the Congress members a decree of the Royal Council of 1775on the regulation of the Court of the Country of Mixe, modifying the rights of the "juges jugeants" (the judging judges - the lods of Gramont, Luxe, Beyrie and Uhart). This was the cause of some rioting, although eventually the sentence does not seem to have perturbed the country excessively.
