Abstract

The young artist from Bilbao, Juan Crisóstomo of Arriaga, who died at the age of 20, is the object of a short biography by Ramiro Arrue. He was a gifted child much in the same way as a Basque Mozart. Arriaga, on the other hand, did not have the time to finish a great work.
