Abstract

Henri Gavel exposes -just as Jon Bilbao will do in a motion to this Congress- their project of creation of an International Summer University in Biarritz. This project was not to become true but, in a certain measure, it would be the inspiration as from 1951 for the Ustaritz Summer University.
