Brief biography of Clergyman Emmanuel Inchauspé, from Soule, who lived half a century in Bayonne (1840-1890) and became general vicar of its diocese before retiring to his natal province. He was the author of several books on religious topics written in Basque from Soule. He was, furthermore, a great linguist to which we owe an important contribution: Le Verbe Basque (1858).
