We underline its importance as context for the sociability expressions and the social uses of the citizens. These aspects connect directly with the significance of each territory or place and whit their values as elements of cultural heritage. In order to make a proposal for the study of the urban territory, We use the reference of our work about the historic center of Seville, which is affected partly by the "regeneration projects" sponsored by the European Union's Urban Plan.
