Abstract

The objective of this article is to introduce policies for the promotion of the society of information in the Basque Country and the main agents who participate in the development thereof. Following the focus of Governance, the proposal is to analyse up to what point such policies follow dynamics of cooperation and collaboration between institutions and key public, private and social agents for the effective development thereof.
