Abstract

The "Chronicle of Ibargüen" was discovered not to have been written by Ibergüen, as he had only collaborated with Cachopín, who is considered to be the authentic author. This is why, at the moment, it is being considered whether the judgments made on the work of Ibargüen were fair. The Song of Lelo or Song of the Cántabros appears in issue 71 of the Chronicle together with a study of the song, that the author considers a senseless refrain
