Modelo estratégico para organizaciones profesionales

Abstract

The object of the following report is to contribute to the knowledge about the nature and implantation of strategic planning (SP) in professional organisations, particularly in the Spanish public university. Stemming from the hypothesis that there is a planning process within the public University, albeit following procedures and documents which are different from those used in the corporate sector, the report describes a tentative model of formalised strategy for professional organisations. Some directions for future research are indicated in the conclusions of the document.
