Abstract

Azagra it is the name of a village in Navarra that took the name of a castle that it is on a rock, at the bottom of which is the village. The name has its origin in the Arabic voice "saxra" (rock) or "sahra" (uneducated, restless, sterile). Other villages with similar names are Zafra, Zagra, Zafrilla and Zahara
