Without doubt, new trends are taking shape. But saying that everything is new can certainly be a new way, that is clearly new, to conceal things, or not to see them. This is what telecommunications can provide: a tremendous reinforzing of the human being's own capacity of thinking. In this context, what has always been there and what is it that is new?. What does the tremendous extension of the capacity of thinking have to do with the norms that up to now were believed to be necessary to form and identity? Can an identity be formed without norms? Which is the relationship between the norm, identity and freedom in the new environment that info-communications are opening up?.
