Abstract

Communication in Spain is suffering from a considerable convulsion that inexorably leads toward contentration in increasingly powerful groups which at the same time need the umbrella of power to help them develop their activities and expansion plans. But, at the same time, such media groups are getting to such a magnitude, such a diversification, that the moment will probably come when they will not only need political power, but they will also be in conditions to make political power follow their every whim.
