The frontispiece is structured like an altarpiece, with a central strip showing the figure of the Saint Flanked by two lateral strips showing four scenes of his life and death. The paper analyses the work from the iconographic and formal points of view, making stylistic comparisons with other works of the same period, whether paintings, sculptures of architecture
