Transcription of some fragments of the work by Borrow "The Bible in Spain". In these fragments mention is made to the Basques, the Basque language or to the Basque Country. In chapter 37, the author says that the edition of two gospels of Saint Luke had been ordered, one in Romany and the other in Basque. Mention is made to the Basque language, the Basques, their character and their society
