Abstract

In 1923 Arocena published "Folkloric Recitals" as a literary work in which he introduced materials belonging to popular tales and superstitions. The author studies the tale "Fetching wool", whose main characters are two hunchbacks and the tale is about how their deformity is cured. Mention is made to the Catalan Castilian, and French versions of the tale
